Applying labels and barcodes on products when done manually can get pretty tedious and irksome. Intercode, however, has automated the entire process and hence simplified it for your convenievce.
"Print apply" labelers print and apply self-adhesive labels automatically, in just one operation. Thanks to the digital printing process, graphics on labels can be changed in a few moments and without any further costs, eliminating surplus packaging and pre-printed labels.

Air blow labelling has the following important advantages:
- Application of the last label printed, allowing for total variability in graphics (even when each label is different)
- ‘Real time' printing, with variable data definition after the product's detection
- Safe labelling even on fragile products or of varying height
- Positioning even perpendicular with respect to the production line, resulting in less space taken up on the line
Medium size labels (100 x 100 mm.) and printing speed 20 mm/sec, allow up to 115 application/min.

High frequency wipe on application
“Wipe on” labelling has a number of important advantages:
- The print engine can make the most of its maximum performance capabilities: it is not conditioned by pneumatic cylinder's ‘star/stop' and a ‘labels loop' allows for continuous printing, without stopping during labelling operations or product waiting. Wipe on application allows maximum dispensing speed.
- Ideal even for wrap-around or around the corner labelling.
- Also allows for the application of very small labels (from 13 to 20 mm.) or very big ones.
- Superlative labelling precision (+/- 0.5 mm. on peeler)

The “Arca” P147 Energy uses the patented drive unit from the Arca series 200 labellers, equipped with a stepper motor (no maintenance); in addition, they incorporate the ‘DUAL SPRING’ device (guaranteeing absolute uniformity in pressure between rollers) and ‘SAFE OPENING SYSTEM’ (for opening and operation in total safety).
Printing quality

Its colour covering and printing resolution guarantee the legibility of bar codes, ensuring results that are superior to the latest generation of ink jet technology even for small sized codes.
